    2 yellow onions
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 jalepeno pepper
    1 pound mushrooms
    1/2 cup water or broth
    12 ounces cooked cubed chicken


Slice all vegetables
Saute onions, peppers, garlic til tender crisp
Add mushrooms and saute to desired doneness.
Add all other ingredients and cook 10 minutes.
Adjust seasonings.
