    The Sauce

    32 oz can of Tomato Juice
    3 - 6oz cans of Tomato Paste
    4 - 6oz cans of Water
    pinch of Oregano
    pinch of Basil
    1 tsp sugar
    1/4 cup Romano Cheese


    1 1/2 Ground Sirloin
    2 Eggs
    1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
    1/4 cup Grated Romano Cheese
    1/4 cup Water
    dash Salt
    dash Pepper
    3 cloves Garlic
    2 tblsp Olive Oil


    500 grams Pasta


Pasta Sauce

Add al the ingredients, bring to a boil. Once it starts bubbling, reduce heat and let simmer. Add meat balls or sausage. Partially cover and let simmer for 3 or so hours.


Mix meat, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, water, salt and pepper together. Form meat balls.

Add oil and garlic to skillet and begin heating. At mean and brown on all sides. Add to pasta sauce.


When ready, boil water and salt and then add pasta. Cook about 11 to 12 minutes.
