    1/4 cup Mr. Yoshida's teriyaki sauce, or other teriyaki glaze
    1/4 cup pineapple or apricot preserves
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 slices (or spears) fresh pineapple (3/4 inch thick)


1. Heat grill. In small saucepan, mix teriyaki glaze, pineapple preserves and lime juice. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until preserves are melted. Stir in cilantro. Set aside.

2. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Place on grill over medium heat. Cook 10 minutes, turning once.

3. Place pineapple on grill next to chicken and brush with teriyaki mixture. Brush chicken with teriyaki mixture. Cook chicken and pineapple 5-10 minutes longer, brushing chicken once or twice, until chicken juices run clear.

5. Serve remaining teriyaki mixture with chicken and pineapple.
