Number of Servings: 4


    Ginger Root- 5 THIN slices
    Garlic- 3 cloves
    Shrimp- 16 oz
    Chicken Breast, no skin- 8 ounces
    Snow Peas fresh- 0.5 cup
    Onions, raw- 1 cup sliced
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh- 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2
    Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, pieces or slices
    *Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade- 6 tbsp (remove)


Don't be afraid of the ginger and garlic...the more the merrier


Cube the chicken breast- cook in a wok (or pan) with cooking spray and teriyaki sauce
Cook veggies (everything but the shrimp) in a pan until cooked a little (not soft). Then add shrimp....when shimp turn pink add the chicken- (hint I had to drain a little water out of the pan with the chicken) Mix together in pan with veggies, ADD garlic powder, black pepper and onion powder to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 4-6 servings (depending on how hungry you are!)
