Ingredients

    1 cup boiling water
    1 cup sugar
    2 cups black currant juice
    1 packet unflavored gelatin

Tips

If item gels overly while cooling, place in blender or food processor and liquefy before freezing


Directions

Mix all ingredients. Thoroughly dissolve.
Regrigerate for several hours
Freeze in ice cream freezer per standard directions
