    Chick Peas
    Cream Cheese (can be replaced with tofu or yogurt)
    Lemon Juice
    Olive OIl
    Tomatoe Paste
    Salt and Hing to taste


Mash or blend the cooked chick peas.
Add cream cheese, lemon juice, olive oil tomato paste, salt and hing.
Serve on your favorite bread, or cracker. Garnish with crunchy bell peppers or fresh parsley.
