    1 lb lean stew meat
    16 oz package baby carrots
    24 oz package fingerling potatoes
    10 oz frozen peas
    10 oz package sliced portobabella mushrooms
    15 oz can msg free beef broth
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/8 cup apple cider vinager
    1/4 cup raw barley
    bay leaves


Play with the spices. Add garlic or use balsamic vinager.


layer in the crock pot so the mushrooms and frozen peas are on top. Cook on low for 8 hours. Cool slightly.
