Ingredients

    Cooking spray
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (20 oz.) package Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
    1/2 cup bread crumbs, plain
    2 large egg whites
    1/2 cup no-salt added ketchup, divided
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    seasonings to taste (I added about 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Salt-Free Tomato Basil Garlic seasoning blend)

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a small skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer mixture to a large bowl; cool 5 minutes. Add turkey, bread crumbs, egg whites, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings to onion mixture; mix well. Pack into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. Spread remaining 1/4 cup ketchup over top. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until no longer pink in center and internal temperature of loaf reaches 165 degrees. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before serving.

    Very Good
    I really like this recipe! It didn't even taste like ground turkey. My son who is a picky eater ate all of his helping plus more! I made this just as the recipe states. I used the tomato basil Mrs. Dash! It was so yummy! - 11/18/12
