Yummy Cheesy Squash Casserole. Pretty simple to make Yummy Cheesy Squash Casserole. Pretty simple to make
Number of Servings: 4


    1 Large or Extra Large Egg
    I Cup Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    3 tbsp Light Mayo
    Pictsweet Seasoned Squash and Onions
    Season to taste (I used Sea salt and granulated garlic)


Season to taste. I used granulated garlic and sea salt.


Steam squash onion and garlic.

In food processor mix steamed squash, onion and garlic, Mayo, cheese and egg. add any seasonings

Pour into a greased casserole dish. (or sprayed with Pam)

Top with additional shredded cheese.

Bake at 450 for 20 minutes (Crispy Cheese on top) or 350 for 40 (Melty Cheese).
