Ingredients

    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch strips
    4 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash ( any blend)
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    4 cups water
    1 teaspoon paprika

Tips

I found this recipe in Weight Watchers Cookbook. I didn't add the salt and sugar because you are just soaking them into it.


Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees; spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and the sugar with cold water to cover. Soak 15 minutes; drain and blot dry.
In another large bowl, toss the potatoes, oil, and paprika. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake, turning the potatoes over as they brown, until cooked through and crisp, about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with the seasoning of choice.
