    1 tbsp Red Miso paste
    1/4 cup fat-free plain greek yogurt
    1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
    3 garlice cloves finely chopped
    1/4 cup chopped scallions
    1 tsp thyme
    1 tsp of sesame oil
    dash of pepper


Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended and smooth. Pour over fish, chicken or turkey in a resealable bag and marinate up to 24 hours before cooking to add a burst of flavour to your dish.

Serving Size: 1-1/2 cups of marinade
