Ingredients

    -Skinny Cow, Vanilla (or any flavor!) Ice Cream Sandwich , 1 serving
    -Banana, fresh, .25 cup, slices
    -Strawberries, fresh, .25 cup, slices
    -Fat-Free Cool Whip, 2Tbs

    **You can also add in chocolate syrup and a cherry on top!**

Directions

1. Split the Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich in half horizontally (like the way you would open an Oreo!).
2. Top one-half of the ice cream with the banana slices.
3. Add the strawberry slices on top of the banana slices.
4. Put the other half of the ice cream sandwich back on top.
5. Top it all off with the fat-free cool whip.
