Ingredients

    1 pkg. Neufchatel cheese
    8 oz. canned blue crab meat
    1 tbsp. cooking sherry
    1 to 1.5 tsp. Old Bay

Tips

Recipe can be doubled. We usually serve with garlic toast. I now use whole-wheat bagels broiled with Olivio spray and garlic.


Directions

Melt cheese over low heat. Add crab, sherry and Old Bay. Mix until heated through. Serve and enjoy!!!
