    1 pork tenderloin (approx 1 pound)
    2 teaspoons black pepper (preferably cracked or coarsely ground)
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    3-4 cloves garlic, roasted


Combine the peppers and a couple of dashes of salt in a small bowl until well combined. Roast garlic until just tender.

Spread roasted garlic over tenderloin, then sprinkle pepper mixture evenly.

Place seasoned tenderloin into shallow baking dish and roast for approximately 20-30 minutes at 425 degrees. Internal temperature should reach 155-160 degrees. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
