Ingredients

    350 pkg Veggie Ground (Mexican)
    465 carton Egg Beaters (cheddar & chive)
    0.75 cup of half and half
    0.33 cup Nacho Cheese Mix
    2 Tbsp Parmesean cheese
    1 cup onion
    1 cup zuchinni
    0.5 boiled sweet potatio
    1 cup mushrooms
    salt, pepper and other seasonings of your choice

Directions

Lightly grease pan; Press Veggie ground firmly across bottom to make crust; Saute onions; chopped zuchinni, chopped mushrooms and carrots; spread over veggie ground; chop sweet potatio and spread evenly over veggies; Mix egg, half and half, cheese, seasonings and pour over mixture; bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until firm.
