    1 grapefruit sectioned
    1 fresh hot pepper to taste
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    2 teaspoons lime juice
    1 Tablespoon fresh coriander
    small pinch of salt


cut the fruit up over a bowl to save the juices,
be sure no membrane remains in the cut up fruit.
chop the pepper very finely
roll and chop the coriander
mix all ingredients together gently, chill for 2 hours
serve with broiled or grilled fish. You can also add 1/2 avocado cut up and serve it as a salad dressing.
This serves 4.
when using the avocado be sure to add in the calories.
