    1 c ketchup
    6 tbs brown sugar
    1/4 c worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp powdered mustard
    1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
    3 tbs dehydrated onions.


Mix everything together, put over your choice of meat, put it in the oven on 350, cooks about an hour or until meat is cooked fully..Turn meat over half way through. Sauce makes enough for 4 pieces of meat.
