I tend to eat alot of broccoli so always on the look out for new ways to have it. Horseradish with tomatoes is a Metabolism booster so this tasty snack will get you your boost and nutrietns. I tend to eat alot of broccoli so always on the look out for new ways to have it. Horseradish with tomatoes is a Metabolism booster so this tasty snack will get you your boost and nutrietns.

Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato (remove)
    *Horseradish, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)
    Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia) (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

You can play with the portions according to your own pallette. Toss the first four ingrediants into the food processor or bullet. Add the broccoli last and chop into small piecs. You can also throw this in a pan with some egg whites and cook according to your preference if you want to add some protein. Enjoy!
