Ingredients

    1 lb asparagus broken into bite size pieces
    1 or 2 bell peppers depending on size (I like colored ones)
    1/2 large vidalia onion
    balsamic vinegar
    adobo spice

Tips

I like to make this and then eat the left overs later in the week....flavors get richer as the days elapse.


Directions

cut/break all veggies into bite size pieces. toss with balsamic and adobo spice. sautee or grill until desired tenderness. the seasonings are guesses on amounts.
