    4 Scoops of Trader Joes' Whey protein powder in Chocolate
    I cup Frozen unsweetened blueberries
    i Cup water
    Ice to make smoothies


Put one cup of water in a blender, add protein powder, fruit and ice. Whirl until you like the consistency.
