Ingredients

2 cup of chopped spinach
1/4 cup of chopped yellow onions
3 cups "Heartland Gluten Free Fusilli" (or other fusilli)
2 chopped roma tomato
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon wedge (or to taste)
2 dashes of sea salt (or to taste)
Tips
chop the tomatoes into small bits to be sure that the flavor is absorbed completely.
Directions
Boil the pasta in 6 cups of water for twelve minutes or until pasta is fully cooked.
meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan.
chop the tomato. (recommend a roma tomato) and tear the larger leaves of spinach.
Saute chopped tomatoes and onions in the pan.
Once the onions have browned, turn the stove to low and add the chopped spinach.
Once the spinach has wilted, add a spritz of lemon and a dash of sea salt. (to taste).
After pasta is cooked, drain and add the sauce
