Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 package taco seasoning
    1 cup diced onion
    1 package 2% milk cheese
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 sm cans enchilada sauce
    10 flour tortilla
    10 corn tortilla

Directions

1. Brown beef and onion in skilet. Drain meat and return to pan. Add taco seasoning and cook as directed on package.
2. Remove from heat. Add Tomato soup, enchilada sauce, cream of mushrrom soup and stir well.
3. Preheat oven to 350. Spoon some of mixture in the bottom of 13x9 pan.
4. Add a spoonful of filling and cheese to each tortilla. Fold and set in pan. ***hint heat corn tortillas about 30 sec in microwave to soften****
5. Pour remaining mixture over top and sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
6. Bake for 30-45 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
