Number of Servings: 10


    2 boxes of low sodium chicken broth
    3 cups of water
    4 bay leaves
    5 boneless, skinless chopped, chicken breasts
    3 celery stalks chopped
    1 sm. onion chopped
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1 sm. minced tomato
    1 cup of green peas
    minced garlic
    sat and pepper to taste
    2 cups of sm pasta shells


Bring water and broth to a boil with chicken breasts and bay leaf, cook for 5 mins.
Remove chicken and chop.
Discard bay leaves.
Add remaining ingredents and chicken into the pot and cook for 10 mins on med. heat until pasta is done.
Thicken soup with 2 tablespoon of flour in water mixture added to broth before serving.

Serving Size: 10 - 1 cup servings
