    Bacon cooked ( this depends on how much fat you want, you can use more or less, this can be omitted or vegetarians)
    1 package frozen broccoli
    3 cups shredded cheese (use what you like, low fat is good as long as it melts well)
    4 large eggs
    2 cups skim milk
    1 onion diced
    4 cloves garlic
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1 tbsp parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 pie crusts


Crumble bacon. set aside. Pie crusts should be prebaked about 15 minutes. Steam brocolli until done, saute onions and garlic until just tender. Combine brocolli and onion mix. Whisk eggs, herbs and spices and milk well in large bowl.

In prebaked pie crusts sprinkle divide and crumbled bacon and about 1/2 the cheese, split the broccoli mix between the 2 crusts pour egg mixture over both quiches and then sprinkle on remaining cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 40 minutes, remove from oven and let set for about 15 minutes. Makes 6 pieces per quiche 12 servings altogether.
