Ingredients

    1 ripe avocado
    1 1/2 cups almond flour
    1/3 cup melted dark chocolate
    1/3 cup raw cacao powder
    1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    3/4 cup honey
    3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
    1/3 cup grapeseed oil
    2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat over to 350 degrees F. In large mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate, vanilla, oil, milk, avocado, and honey. Puree/mix until smooth. In another bowl mix flour, coconut flakes, baking powder and soda until well blended. Combine wet ingredients with dry and mix until blended. Pour into lightly greased muffin pan. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until done
