Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb ground lamb
    1 lg can diced tomatoes
    4 cups of chopped onions
    2 cups of chopped baby carrots
    1/2 a lb of snap green beans. snapped small
    4 cups of water
    1 pk lipton soup mix

    1/2 cup garlic
    1 cup frozen lima beans
    2 cups frozen peas

    1 tbsp of turmeric
    2 tbsp of cumin

    1 glass of wine
    1 cup of raw barley
    a couple of slashes of Worcestershire

Directions

w/out anything fry the ground lamb in a pan.
the lamb was very lean and I had no liquid left.

put into a pot,
cooked lamb
tomatoes
onions
carrots
water
lipton soup mix

boil 1 hour

then add to the pot:
lima beans
peas
garlic
cumin
turmeric

boil 20min.

then add
wine
barley
worcestershire
