    400 grams or 4 red potatoes
    5 tbsp Miracle Whip Fat Free
    3 tsp Dijonnaise
    1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1 tbsp black pepper
    seasoning of choice
    1 cup broccoli florets


Boil the potatoes until fork-tender. Cut broccoli up into small pieces. Fresh is best but frozen and prepared will be fine. Cool potato for 10 minutes. Add broccoli and all of the ingredients. Your choice of seasoning. Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
