6 chicken breast halves (2 oz each)
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
salt and pepper
I use an electronic thermometer from Walmart that you can stick in one of the pieces and leave in there while it's cooking and it will beep when it reaches temperature.
I like to have this with a serving of rice and broccoli.
Salt and pepper your chicken breast halves and place them in the pan, evenly spaced. Pour remaining sauce mixture gently over them.
Cook for 30-40 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165F. Serve with fresh, chopped rosemary on top.
