    Flour, white, 0.5 cup
    Amberye Organic Sunflower Rye Bread, 4 oz
    Essential Everyday Light Italian Dressing, 8 tbsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces

    (approximate measurements)


Dry out bread, then pulse to make crumbs.
Dredge cut up chicken in italian dressing, coat in flour, dredge again in dressing, then coat in breadcrumbs.
Pan fry with a little oil until chicken no longer pink, or bake in a 350 degree oven until chicken is no longer pink.

Serving Size: About 4 servings of 4 ounces
