    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Cabbage, red, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated
    Parsley, 1 tbsp
    Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/4 cup
    Greek Yogurt, Nonfat Plain Yogurt, 3/4 cup
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (to taste)
    Salt, 1 tsp


Combine all ingredients and mix. Marinate in refeigerator for 10 min before eating.
