    2 1/2 cups ragu mushroom pasta sauce
    1 cup fat free cottage cheese
    218 grams(9 strips)whole wheat lasagna noodles
    16 oz lean ground turkey
    4 oz lite cheddar cheese

    Cook noodles, brown ground turkey, add pasta sauce.
    Place everything in layers (as per any lasagna recipe) and bake at 350 until heated thru. Serves 6
