    ground turkey 4 lbs. one sofball size oinion, green peppers approx. 2cups, fresh tomatoes from our own garden approx. 4 cups, the rest is all seasonings to your liking, ground cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, worstechire sauce, salt and pepper.


Add ground turkey into a big pot and start cooking , meanwhile add onion, and peppers. when this is all cooked then you can add the rest of the ingedients. Let simmer and add your spices to your liking. I'm no Emeril, but we like it.
