    1 8oz container of Fat-free Cool Whip
    1 package of chocolate Fat -free Sugar-free Jello Pudding
    2 cups of cold fat free milk


This makes A LOT of frosting. I usually put any left over back in the cool whip container for my next baking venture.


Combine milk and pudding mix into a bowl and beat for two minutes with a wire whisk set pudding mixture in the refrigerator for 5-15 mins (dependign on the consistency you prefer). Take the mixture out of the refrigerator and fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until its nice a smooth.

Frost the cake using a cake spatula. You can eat right away or set in the refrigerator and eat later.

Serving Size: Makes enough for about 4 dozen cupcakes
