    2 tbsp Coconut flour
    4 lrg Eggs
    1 Banana
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 - 1 tsp Cinnamon


Add all inredients to a blender and blend till smooth.

Heat griddle or pan with some butter

Pour batter to make pancakes your desired size.

Cook on medium heat till bubbles form on the top.

Flip and cook until bottome browns.

Serve with topping of your choice.

Serving Size: Makes 6 equal sized pancakes, 3 pancakes per person is a serving
