    2 lbs ground lean beef
    2 chopped granny smith apples
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 refrigeration pie crusts


Cook ground beef and chopped onion until the onion is softened and the beef is no longer pink. Toss with chopped apples and shredded cheddar cheese. Divide a store-bought frozen pie crust into quarters and roll out to make four rounds. Top each round with the beef mixture, brush the edges with water, then fold over, crimping to enclose. Bake in a 425 oven for about 20 minutes....
