    4 slices Canadian bacon, diced
    1 cup hashbrown potatoes
    1/4 C chopped bell pepper
    1/4 C chopped onion
    1 C shredded cheese
    2 baby Bella mushrooms
    3 C egg beaters
    1 TBSP butter
    2 cloves garlic, diced


Preheat oven to 350. Saute mushrooms, peppers, & garlic in butter until tender. add garlic the last couple minutes. Add to lightly sprayed deep dish pie pan. Add remainder of ingredients, & stir in pan. Cool, 35-45 minutes or until cooked through.
