Ingredients

    4-Salmon
    2 bags of Brown Rice
    4 Green onions
    3 tbs-olive oil
    black pepper to taste
    cajun seasoning to taste

Directions

Pan Seared Salmon in olive oil until flakey
Season with pepper and cajun seasoning
Cook brown rice until tender
chop salmon in little pieces
cut the greens in small pieces
combined everything together
