    60 g grated sharp or old cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of broccoli reduced fat soup
    2 cups (cooked) Fusilli Catelli Smart Pasta
    1 cup blanched, steamed or frozen broccoli
    1 medium red onion chopped in medium size pieces
    1 cup fresh mushrooms quartered
    1/2 cup 1% Milk
    9 oz boneless chicken breast (cut in 1 inch cubes)
    1 medium sweet pepper (red, orange or green)
    salt & pepper to taste
    1-2 cloves fresh garlic chopped.


saute onions,garlic, mushrooms, pepper & chicken in non stick skillet until chicken is cooked through. Can add 1 tbps olive or canola oil in pan if you wish I did not.
Blanch or steam broccoli. Add broccoli to chicken mixture.
Cook pasta.
Mix soup and milk and add to chicken & vegetables mixture, Drain pasta and add to mixture, stir well.
Put in covered casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
Bake covered at 350 for 35 minutes or until cheese is melted, remove cover for last 5 minutes to brown.
