    •2lb ground beef
    •1/2lb spicy italian sausage
    •1c yellow onion, diced
    •1c red pepper, diced
    •1c green pepper, diced
    •2 garlic clove, minced
    •1 (28) ounce can of diced tomatoes
    •2c of tomato sauce
    •2 tablespoon garlic powder
    •2 tablespoon chili powder
    •4 tablespoons smoked paprika
    •4 teaspoons cumin
    •2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    •salt and pepper, to taste


1. In a large pot, add your sausage and let it brown.
2.While the sausage is cooking, chop all your veggies.
3.When the sausage has browned and, add your veggies.
4.Let cook for about 6 or so minutes, then add your ground beef and all the spices.
5.Once the beef is browned, add your tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
6.Mix well and let all the flavors meld together while cooking on low for the next 8 minutes or so, stirring occasionally.
7.Transferr to a crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours or until you can't stand the smells anymore and have to eat it!
