White Turkey Chilli

1/2Kg of turkey breast (turkey scallopini cubed)
1-1/2 cup chopped onions
6 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
2 cans of white kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
2 cups frozen sweet corn
1 cup sliced white mushrooms
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup Fat-free Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp chili powder
1/4 cup green chili salsa
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
If you like your chili spicy, you can add red pepper flakes, hot sauce, fresh chilies, jalepenos or cayenne pepper. You can always add more vegetables too. For a southwestern-style soup, omit the greek yogurt and add more chicken broth.
