    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 pkg of teriyaki shake and bake

Tips

try other shake and bake glazes to change the flavor!


Directions

mix meat with teriyaki, form meatballs and cook at 350C for 20 - 30 minutes depending on altitude.
