Introduction

A nice fall treat; perfect with a warm cup of tea. A nice fall treat; perfect with a warm cup of tea.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 can pumpkin
    1 box sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding
    1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 serving light whipped desert topping

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except desert topping.
Blend well in a bowl.
Dip out 1/2 cup serving and refrigerate the rest.
Top with 1 serving of whipped desert topping.
This makes for a great low fat, low calorie dessert in the fall!

    Found a similar recipe on the "Libbys" web site. Pumpkin Pudding is what they call it. Calls for 1- 5/10 oz pack of pudding/ 15oz can of pumpkin/ 1tsp pumpkin pie spice/ 12oz can of evaporated milk. FF cool whip is optional. Makes 7 (1/2 cup) servings. Hope this is helpful - 4/28/09

    This may be good if made correctly but the recipe is not clear. What size can do you mean and what size package of pudding? Did you actually use canned pumpkin or did you use pumpkin pie filling? I used pumpkin and it was thick as mud. I added a cup of milk but it was still pretty thick. Help! - 6/29/08

    I just made this for the second time. Why? My kids love it, too! I also crumble a 1/4 graham cracker board over top. Just like pumpkin pie, without the guilt! Yum! - 6/13/08

    I wanted to let this go bur the remark "Why are we having Fall recipes here"it's 120 degrese here just grates me.Got someone shareiing a nice recipe with us and this remark.The whole world dosen't revolve around You Ms.Try to accept positive sharing in all areas it may just rub off..Chef Jim - 2/4/09

    Sounds good! I like to mix pumpkin with SF/FF cheesecake pudding too. I made a trifle of this layered with spice cake, Cool Whip free, and pecans last fall. It was a big hit. - 6/14/08
