    Mashed Potatoes, 4 cup
    Butter, unsalted, .25 cup
    Onion powder, 2 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 4 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded

Flour, All Purpose Baking Flour Gluten Free, 0.25 cup

Beat eggs with onion powder, baking powder and parsley added. Add to potatoes that have been mashed (I normally use left-overs thus the butter in the recipe) and mix well.

Add flour to make firm patty. If too much powder is used patties will crack so I work in TBS increments. If you do get too much add milk.

Make patties and fry until brown on both sides (I use a pan that does not require oil but if desired can use olive oil but is not included in nutrition.

After they are browned pop into the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 12 - 18 mins.

Serving Size: Makes 12 patties

Number of Servings: 12
