    Pork Tenderloin, 3 oz chopped
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    brown rice (2 cups cooked)
    Green Peas Frozen 1/2 cup
    sliced mushrooms, 4 oz
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    Shredded Cabbage 2 cups shredded
    1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Onions, 1/2 cup, chopped


Spice to your taste with soy sauce, five spice or ginger. Add to your tracker.


Beat eggs and cook as if scrambled. remove from pan. Brown pork. Add water and cook well. Add garlic, onions and celery. When done add all of the other ingredients. Spice to your taste with soy sauce, five spice or ginger.
