Number of Servings: 12


    1 lb ground beef
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    10 cups water (or enough to cover vegetables)
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    5 potatoes, chopped
    1 package frozen broccoli
    2 T. garlic powder
    2 T. onion powder
    1 t. basil, crushed
    1 t. parsley
    4 T. margarine
    10.75 oz creamed soup
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. half and half
    1/4 c. sour cream


In a large pot dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in water.
Once boiling, add celery, carrots, broccoli, and potatoes.
Let boil 30 min.

In a separate pan brown beef.
Add onion and all seasonings to meat and stir till cooked.
Add meat mixture to cooked veggies.

Add margarine, creamed soup, cheese, milk, half and half, and sour cream.
Cook til everything is thoroughly combined and melted.

Serve warm :)

Serving Size: Makes 12 bowls of soup
