    1 lb Lean Ground Beef
    6 Tbsp Onion
    1/2 Cup Ketchup
    4 Tbsp Tomato Juice
    1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
    Dash of Cloves and Nutmeg
    Dash of Pepper
    1 1/3 Cup Canned Pumpkin


In a large skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.

Add the ketchup, tomato juice, chili powder, cloves, nutmeg and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in pumpkin. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.

Serve on buns.

  • Love this! For Weight Watchers I increased the servings to 6 because 4 is huge...6 servings is 3 SP/serving and is still more than adequate and very filling. - 7/29/16
