    3/4 C. Egg Beaters
    1/4 C. Fat Free Mayonnaise
    2 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
    1/4 tsp. Gound Cumin
    12 oz. Crabmeat, Drained & Flaked
    1 1/2 C. Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix
    1/4 C. Chopped Pecans


Mix Egg Beaters, mayo, hot pepper sauce & cumin in large bowl. Add crabmeat, stuffing mix and pecans and mix well. Shape into eight patties. Cook in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 3 minutes on each side or until heated through and golden brown on both sides.

Makes 8 Patties
