    12 large stuffer mushrooms .5 cup light cream cheese 2 stalks of green onions .5 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese 1 cup lobster meat


remove stems and wash mushrooms. mix together cream cheese and stuff in the mushroom caps . Add lobster and top with cheddar cheese. Bake @ 350F for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
