Ingredients

Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
Garlic, 4 cloves
Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped
Chicken or Vegetable Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
Sun Dried Tomatoes, 1/4 cup, sliced
White beans, 2 cup
fresh rosemary, 1 tsp, finely chopped
Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
Whole Wheat Spirals, 1 cup
Pepper, black
Directions
1. In a large sauce pan, saute the onions and garlic in the olive oil.
2. Add broth, tomatoes, beans and rosemary to pot. Season with black pepper. Bring to boil.
3. Add pasta and cook 12 minutes. If the soup seems too thick for your liking add a bit more broth.
4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Add parmesan cheese (optional, not in nutrition info)
Serving Size: Makes 2 servings.
