Number of Servings: 10


    1 lbs Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1/2 Yellow Onion diced
    1 Bell Pepper diced
    2-3 cloves Garlic minced
    1 Celery Stalk diced
    1 can low sodium Black Beans
    1 can no salt added Corn (drained)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    3 cubes Chicken Bouillon
    1-2 cups water
    4 tbsp Chili Powder
    2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste


Feel free to play with the seasoning, making it spicier or add avocado or hominy to add different texture. To make it thicker add a couple tbsp of rice flour to keep it gluten free or regular flour if gluten isn't an issue.


In a large pot (or a skillet if using a crockpot) brown ground turkey. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil then let simmer till time to serve (or if using a crockpot set on low if making in morning and on high if making around noon). Serve with cheese, sour cream, corn bread or just enjoy all by itself!
